The nationwide success of Network of Care community websites has led naturally to the creation of an online resource for continuing education of professionals in the public sector.
This project has shown to:

The Network of Care Learning Management System ( LMS ) enables training managers to develop, deliver, manage and track a wide variety of learning experiences and administrative reporting tasks. All of these services are provided through an internet-based learning portal that Trilogy Integrated Resources hosts and maintains and is made available locally by the Allegany/Western Steuben Rural Health Network, Inc.

The goal of this one-day workshop is to introduce staff of state, local, and community health and human service organizations to CDCynergy - Social Marketing Edition, Version 2. Participants will gain a general understanding of the structure and content of CDCynergy - SOC and will be able to use it in their own work environment.
Helen Evans, AWSRHN Program Manager is a trained facilitator through the Social Marketing National Excellence Collaborative. Participants will review the structure, features and navigation skills needed to use the CD-ROM effectively in the course of planning and implementing a public health or social change program. This workshop will provide a brief overview of social marketing theory and skills, which will be further explored by using CDCynergy - SOC and applying the concepts in this course.
This comprehensive CD-ROM planning tool and resource library provides step-by-step guidance for developing and documenting a successful social marketing program. Developed by Turning Point in cooperation with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Academy for Educational Development, this disk contains more than 700 related resources and links.
